Transport Planner
As a Transport Planner at Springbridge Direct, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient and effective planning of our fleet’s daily operations. Working closely with drivers, operations, and sales teams, you’ll manage schedules, optimize routes, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Plan and optimize daily transport routes to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries.
- Coordinate with drivers and other teams to address real-time transport issues.
- Monitor and adjust schedules to accommodate changes in delivery priorities or traffic conditions.
- Assist our Transport Manager in maintaining compliance with all legal and regulatory transport requirements.
- Communicate effectively with customers and drivers to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
- Experience in transport planning or logistics (preferably in a similar industry).
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of UK transport regulations is advantageous.

Sales Administrator
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key part in supporting our sales team, managing client inquiries, and ensuring smooth administrative operations. This position is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and a customer-first attitude.
Responsibilities
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone and email, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Processing sales orders and returns accurately and efficiently via telephone, email and our online store, on our in house delivery system.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using our CRM system.
- Organise and maintain files and documentation for easy retrieval.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within a sales environment.
- Experience in a similar industry is preferable but not essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and experience with CRM systems is an advantage.
- Strong time management and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed.
- A positive, customer-oriented attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
