Interview with Nicola Blick, 'Nicola the Gardener'

What is your company name and how long have you been in business? ‘Nicola the Gardener’, 8 years.

How long have you been working with Springbridge? Since 2018 so about 7 years

What types of products do you typically order and for what types of projects?

I typically order Well Rotted Horse Manure and Spent Mushroom Compost for annual mulches on the gardens I look after, pictured below before and after.

I also put a bulk order in for some of the plot holders on my local allotment site who are looking for good quality mulch their allotments.

If I am creating a new garden I will use other products such as Tree and Shrub Compost and I have also used Small Pea Shingle for my gravel garden projects.

Are you able to offer approximate information on the frequency, amounts/quantities and type/s of products ordered?

It varies but I always try to do the manure or mushroom mulch once a year on my gardens and I start the process in late Autumn/Winter and early Spring just before everything starts to grow!

"Springbridge are excellent at what they do. The products are always top quality. Ordering is easy either online or by phone to one of the helpful office staff. The drivers are exceptionally helpful. I think they deserve a special mention because sometimes deliveries are not easy and they are always so willing to fulfil your delivery requests. This is quite rare these days".
