1988 to present day...
Springbridge was established in 1988 by Bob and Julia Hawkins, who both still work in the business today. Alongside son, Tom Hawkins as Director and John Keating as Operations Director, together they manage the growing business. In 1995, the company expanded the business from Ealing to acquire an impressive six acre site at Oxford Road, Denham in Buckinghamshire.
Based at our Denham site we have a large team including Weighbridge staff who take care of on-site collections, Yard Operations managing the all work including the loading bags. A number of HGV and Forklift drivers together with a highly skilled team of workshop engineers and mechanics.
The extended team is based at our Head Office location in Chalfont Business Park – Sales Advisors, Transport Coordinators, Accounts and Payroll, HR and Marketing professionals work here.
In order to further expand the growing requirements of the yard, in Summer of 2023 the Office team moved to the stunning Head Office location based in Chalfont Business Park.
